Ingredients
Main ingredients
- Beef 200 g
- Radish 50 g
Optional ingredients
- Spring onion 10 g
Sauces
- Soy sauce 1 Tbsp
- Minced garlic 1 tsp
- Sesame oil 2 Tbsp
Steps
- 1.Soak the beef in water for about 10 minutes to remove excess blood.
- 2.Thinly slice the mooli and spring onions.
- 3.Heat sesame oil in a pan and add the beef.
- 4.Once the beef is browned, add the sliced mooli.
- 5.Pour in 300 ml of water.
- 6.Add soy sauce and garlic.
- 7.Simmer for 20 minutes and skim off any foam that rises to the surface.
- 8.Add the spring onions just before serving.

- •You can use this soup as a base for rice-cake soup or dumpling soup.
- •You can add 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, according to your preference.
