Ingredients
Main ingredients
- Kimchi 1 cups
- Pork 200 g
- Spring onion 1 pieces
Optional ingredients
- Tofu 100 g
- Onion 50 g
Sauces
- Salted shrimp (Saeu-jeot ) 1 tsp
- Minced garlic 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
Steps
- 1.Add the sliced pork (pork belly or pork shoulder) to the boiling water.
- 2.Stir in a teaspoon of salted shrimp and minced garlic.
- 3.Cut the kimchi into bite-size pieces and reserve a few spoonfuls of juice.
- 4.Add a teaspoon of chili powder and extra fish sauce if needed.
- 5.Increase the heat and boil for 15 minutes.
- 6.Add the sliced tofu and onions, spring onions, then boil for 5 minutes.
- 7.Serve hot with steamed rice.

- •If you prefer, you can cut the pork into pieces with scissors once it is fully boiled and cooked.
- •Season with fish sauce or salt.
